Good afternoon,
A reminder that next week, on Monday 3rd February, children are welcome to 'wear what makes them happy' to mark the start of Children's Mental Health week. Please can we ask that children wear suitable, safe footwear.
The gates to school will not be open until 8.30am in the morning, so please do not arrive before this time. We have noticed a number of children who walk to school arriving at school at 8.15am and accessing the school playground. For health and safety reasons, please speak with your child about arriving at school closer to 8.40am.
Can we also ask that children who bring their phones into school are reminded that once they enter the school site (i.e. through the gates) their phone should be turned off and away. We have noticed a rising number of KS2 children on their phones whilst waiting outside of the classroom. For safeguarding reasons, we ask that phones are off and not visible when on site.
